Understanding Our Massage Services
Booking a massage? Here’s how to choose the right one for your needs — and what to expect in terms of relaxation.
Swedish / Relaxation Massage – Most Relaxing
This is the most soothing and gentle massage we offer. Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes and light to medium pressure to ease muscle tension and promote deep relaxation. Ideal for first-timers or anyone seeking pure stress relief.
Stress-Relieving Techniques
These techniques are designed to calm the nervous system and melt away mental and physical tension. They’re often blended into Swedish massage or other modalities to enhance relaxation and reduce anxiety.
Reflexology – Focused Yet Relaxing
This pressure-point massage focuses on the feet, hands, and sometimes ears to stimulate healing in corresponding body parts. It can be deeply relaxing, though the pressure is more specific and targeted than a Swedish massage.
Deep Tissue Massage – Most Therapeutic
Deep tissue work targets chronic muscle tension, knots, and deeper layers of muscle and fascia. While incredibly effective for pain relief and mobility, it’s less relaxing and may involve strong, focused pressure. Best for those with specific muscular concerns.

Booking Multiple Services in One Day
We love when guests treat themselves to a full day of beauty and wellness! To help you get the most out of your time with us, we’ve developed a recommended order for booking multiple services — based on what consistently delivers the smoothest and most relaxing experience.
Over the years, we’ve found that this order helps prevent delays, protects appointment times, and ensures your entire visit feels seamless:
Recommended Booking Order:
Massage or Facial (start with either — they're interchangeable in order)
Begin with a treatment that relaxes your body or rejuvenates your skin.Waxing or Hair Services
These work best after your massage/facial, when your skin is calm and your time is flexible.Nail Services (Manicure or Pedicure)
Finish with nails so you can leave polished and perfect — without worrying about oils, hair products, or smudging during other treatments.
Why This Matters
When services run out of order or overlap too closely, there’s a chance one may run long — and that can shorten your next appointment or impact other guests’ schedules. Following this flow helps us give each guest the dedicated time and care they deserve — especially you.
Let us know if you’re booking multiple services and we’ll be happy to help organize them for the best flow and maximum relaxation!
